(Type I, Type II, Type III, Type V). Our projects range in size from 10 units to 248 units and from single story to 8 stories in height. Our projects are built with several different structural systems including wood, concrete, structural steel, and load-bearing metal.

Accurate project scheduling.

Project schedules are critical for a variety of reasons and are a top priority of our construction team. The master schedule is broken into monthly look-ahead schedules, so work is being planned on a daily basis. This is reviewed with all impacted subcontractors at the weekly meetings to assure that long lead items are approved for use and ordered in a timely manner.

Partnering with the best subcontractors.

We have a substantial data base of loyal subcontractors and use them along with advertising and publication at local exchanges to attract qualified bidders. We require a minimum of three bids per trade but have a track record of getting 5-6 bids per trade. We review our bid binders with owners and developers which have been completely analyzed and summarized on bid leveling sheets clearly identifying qualifications and exclusions along with pricing adjustments needed to create an “apples to apples” comparison of the bid proposals.
